Confirm drawings
For a new design of the product, we have to confirm the design for the beginning of the production of the mold, the molds will be custom which according to the drawings of the new product, we can do the drawings after chatting more details of the product if you do not have, no matter for a disposable knife fork and spoon or any other different shapes of products.
Sample confirming
A similar sample which made with a totally different materials is also available for us to make the drawing of disposable plate and spoon, so as you know we have to make a drawing for doing the molds for the fiber pulp products, we can update the drawing according to yours or we can do a new one which according to a similar sample.
Bulk order production
The bulk order production will be begin after you confirm the sample which is producing by our sample mold, so the mold separate into two different steps, one is for the sample for the sample mold which do have less cost and than the bulk order molds production, it takes more than 30000 usd per set, and it is hard to change if you want to change the shape of eco spoon and fork.

- About the mold cost: The mold cost will be more than 30000 usd per set for a new design of product, but we can make the it for your freely if you do have huge order of disposable cups plates spoons, or you have to develop the mold with us together and bear the cost with us, 10% to 5% is needed for which according to your first order.
- About the MOQ for each order: The order do have MOQ request for each production, more than 100000 is needed for each time of the production since the lighter weight of the disposable measuring spoons, color can be made with white or brown that you can custom different colors from us.
