Individual package do need a special package machine during production, we check the paper spoon one by one and the individual package is slow also, the most individual package do have 8 pieces which inside the plastic or paper bag. The delivery time will be in 2 to 4 weeks, quickly and in time for delivery the goods.

Bulk package
Bulk package do have standard now in our factory, we normally do 50 pieces bagasse spoons per plastic bag, 40 bags in one carton and the totally quantity is around 2000 pieces. You can custom 20 pieces to 200 pieces per bag and the bags which inside the carton box do not have any limited, the delivery time is quicker for this package.

Material introduction
Bamboo
Bamboo is the main material for our disposable asian soup spoons, the color of the product will be brown if we choose the bamboo as the material during production, the fiber of the bamboo is longer and stronger, so the finished products which made with bamboo is more stronger for all of the fiber fiber products.
Sugarcane
Sugarcane is another main material for disposable dessert spoons, the color of the products will be have white color if you choose the white sugarcane material, this material mainly come from our local country and imported from Thailand, we do have strict checking for all of the materials for the food cutlery production.
Other
Straw is another materials that we can choose for the production of disposable espresso spoons, but this material need very special treatment before the production of the product, but the color will be very different if you choose this material for the production of cutlery, but most of customers prefer to buy bamboo and sugarcane materials.
How to customize biodegradable spoon
Confirm design
If you want to get a new type of product, you have to confirm the design by sample or drawing of the disposable honey spoon, so we have to get the drawing for the new mold of the new product, most of time our customers will give a sample or drawing of the product to us, or description more details of the spoon to let us do the drawing for you to confirm.
Sample confirm
The sample of ice cream spoons disposable will be made after the drawing of the new style of spoon confirmed, the sample mold will be made in 7-10 days and the sample will send to our customers for getting a confirmation, the sample can be changed for several times so it means you have to check the sample for many times until confirmed.
Bulk order production
The bulk order mold will be made in 30 to 35 days for mini disposable spoons and than the bulk order will be begin, the formula and color of the product can be custom also which depend on your requirement, a logo or a special embossing pattern can be made on the product, but they need to be confirmed from the beginning of the communication.
Types of biodegradable spoon
Type 1
This is a spoon which do have flat type and the head of the spoon is big but not that deep, most of our customers called this disposable biodegradable spoons as western spoon also, this is the earliest and most simple spoon in our factory, the white color is the most popular color but we can offer brown color for you also.
Type 2
Type 2 bulk disposable spoons is the white color with deeper head and reinforced rib, you can use this spoon for soup especially when you use them in European, this is a very popular style also which developed by us with our customers together, this is a upgrade product compare with type 1 and very different style.
Type 3
Type 3 is a product which do have brown color and this disposable soup spoons do have similar style, but the head of this spoon are more deeper and smaller of the spoon, the total length of the spoon are shorter and we normally do the style 2 spoon with white color, you can buy all of these spoons from us.
Type 4
Type 4 is the spoon which do have the longest length during all of our spoon, type 1 to type 4 do have sets with spoon, fork and knife, each type do have 3 pieces but you can choose any of them with single one instead of one set with 3 pieces, the length of the type 4 disposable spoon is around 165mm.
Chinese spoon
